Ann has worked in the background check industry since 1996 and founded Cutting Edge Background Investigations, LLC in 2011 with the philosophy of partnering with clients to make sure they get all the information that they need from their background checks so that they are able to make the best hiring decision possible.
Ann has logged thousands of hours as an investigator and she is a member the Professional Background Screeners Association. Ann is also an active member of the People In Human Resources Association (PIHRA), where she serves on the Board of Directors for the North Orange County chapter.
Ann holds both Basic and Advanced Certifications from the Professional Background Screeners Association in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Ann is a licensed private investigator in the state of New Mexico (License #2797) and Cutting Edge Background Investigations is a licensed private investigative company in California (License #29148).
